6.2 No Sharing of Your Mobile Information

As required by mobile carriers and A2P regulations:

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (e.g., customer service providers) is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Payments & Billing

You agree to provide accurate payment information. All sales of digital products, coaching sessions, and program enrollments are considered final unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are subject to the specific program’s policy.
